Youth Development: We believe that all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. That’s why, through the Y, millions of youth today are cultivating the values, skills and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health and educational achievement. Here at the Y of Indiana County, we offer a number of different ways that youth can become involved:

Toddler Programs:

We are committed to providing a safe, loving and positive environment for infants and toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years old. We strive to meet the social, cognitive and motor skill levels of each child while having fun.

Camp Programs:

Y summer day camp, Fun Days and Holiday Camp provide youth with supervised activities that teach core values, conflict resolution and leadership skills. Kids have fun while making new friends, developing new skills, building self-confidence, appreciating teamwork and growing in self-reliance.

We offer programs and events that support family connectedness and build stronger family bonds. Families that play regularly together know each other better, trust each other more and build memories that last a lifetime.

The YMCA believes that youth sports programs encourage and promote strong kids, families and communities by placing a priority on family involvement, healthy competition rather than rivalry, the value of participation over winning and individual character development.
