You earn stars/points throughout the session by attendance, challenge day activities, and your improved health and fitness levels. Fight weight and unwanted inches with our intense workouts that will help you tone your muscles and lose fat. Team assignments will be done by the trainers after the first session.

 10 week structured program with different themed planned workouts.
 Individual and team competitions.
 Your choice of 2 training times per week, (no more fixed schedule) with an optional
3rd workout on Friday evenings.

The Y’s Loser takes a unique approach to help you defeat these obstacles (lack of support, depression, false expectations, limited motivation, etc.).
