Muscular Strength and Range of Motion
Move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Handheld weights, elastic tubing and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Cardio Circuit
Upper body strength work with hand held weights, elastic tubing and a ball are alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Water Exercise
Let the buoyancy of the water assist you through a variety of exercises focusing on range of motion and flexibility. Non- swimmers
welcome.

Ping Pong, Billiards & Air Hockey
The ping pong, billiards and air hockey tables are available from 1:00 - 3:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Childwatch Room.
Free to Y members & SilverSneakers Participants.
Recreation Center
The recreation center & game room is open from 5:20 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and adults are invited to stay and play or socialize before or after their morning workout. Ask about organizing various leagues like billiards, table tennis, Wii bowling and more. Look for information on these activities to come. In the evenings, the room is available to our teens and to families (with children 8 years and older) on Sundays.
