Let the Y host your next birthday party...

Let your child enjoy the gym, pool or both for their birthday party at the Y for 2 or 3 hours. In addition to the time in the pool and/or gym, you get time in our multipurpose room for the cake and ice cream you provide (plus set up, tear down.)

Party options:

2 hr party (select room and gym or pool):
$120 Member, $160 Non-Member

3 hr party (pool, seasonal room and gym):
$190 Member, $255 Non-Member

2 hr Private Pool Rental(1 hr. in pool, 1 hr. in room):
$200 Member, $255 Non-Member

All parties are priced based on 20 participants and 4 adult chaperones (additional participants may attend for an additional fee). Tables, chairs, tablecloths, balloons and a YMCA shirt for the birthday child are provided.

• Please obey rules provided by signs and staff at the pool.
• Children 10 and under are not permitted in facility without parental supervision.
• Swimmers of any age may be asked to take a swim test to be permitted to swim in deep water.
• Proper swimming attire is required for the use of the pool.
• No food or glass containers allowed in pool area.
• Running or horseplay is not permitted.
• Diving is allowed only in designated areas.
• Swimmers not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper.
• Lifeguards are provided for monitoring the safety of all guests and should not be considered supervision for your child.
• Parents: take children to the restroom often. Polluting our pool causes unhealthy conditions.
• We do not allow floatation devices of any kind.
• All children under 10 yrs. old that can not stand in the shallow water or pass the deep water swim test must be accompanied by an adult in the water (1 adult per 3 children up to age 10; 1 adult per 5 children over age 10) or they will be required to sit on the bleachers.  Deep water test: jump in deep and swim ½ length of pool front crawl, tread water for 20 seconds and float on back for 10 seconds. 
• Please use good sportsmanship when using gymnasium.
• Profanity is prohibited
• Fighting is prohibited
• Spitting is prohibited
• You must wear gym shoes, shirt, and shorts/pants.
• Gum, candy, food, and drink (including water) are not allowed in the gymnasium.
• Hanging on rims is prohibited.
• Please put all equipment away when finished.
• Basketballs & volleyballs are not to be kicked or sat on

Birthday Party Staff:

Party leaders will set up the tables, chairs, tablecloths and balloons. The leader will also run the gym activities and help you transition smoothly from one area of the Y to the other. The party leader is not responsible for the supervision of the party children.

The party leader will run age appropriate games for the children in the gymnasium. Dodgeball, basketball, kickball, volleyball and tag are examples of games that the children will be able to participate in.

While in the pool area, the party leader will go over the pool rules and help administer the deep water test. If you do not meet the appropriate ratios (see rules) for the pool, your party will not be allowed to swim.

1. Payment in full is due at time of reservation and reservations must be made in person.

2. Certificate of Insurance, with the YMCA listed as additionally insured for the day and time of the party, is due 7 days before the party. If the certificate is not received by close of business on that day, your party will be cancelled.
