Teen & Tween Strength Training Certification
Our new comprehensive 4 week program utilizes the fitness center of the Y. Training occurs in a group and is led by a Y Personal Trainer. Participants will learn proper use of equipment, common courtesies and best practices to set them on the path to lifelong wellness. Class is ongoing and you may sign up at any time.
Tuesdays @ 4:15 p.m.
Cost: $30.00 Members, ongoing registration
This class is required for anyone age 11- 15 who wishes to use the Fitness Center without a parent present.
