BURN 300: Burn 300 is designed to work out
every muscle fiber in your body to the max!
Utilizing strength, coordination, motor skills, and
cardio we will target both fast and slow twitch muscle fibers. You'll get the best body possible in the least amount of time. Class may occur outdoors.
CARDIO CIRCUIT: Upper body strength work with
hand held weights, elastic tubing and a ball are
alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.
A chair is offered for support, stretching and
relaxation exercises.
CORE FITNESS: A mix of stability ball, Pilates,
ballet and yoga exercises all designed to help
strengthen your core and develop better tone,
balance, and posture.
FIT/MIX: A low impact workout combining floor
routines with the use of weights, stability ball and
held ball.
HI-LO AEROBICS: A fat burning cardio workout
that uses both high and low impact aerobic moves,
along with some strength training and stretching.
INTERMEDIATE STEP AEROBICS: A fat-burning
cardio workout using traditional step
choreography.
LO-IMPACT AEROBICS: A fat burning cardio
workout that focuses on low impact aerobic
moves.
MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF
MOVEMENT (MSROM): Move to music through a
variety of exercises designed to increase muscular
strength and range of movement. Handheld
weights, elastic tubing and a ball are offered for
resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or
standing support.
PILATES : Pilates provides improved posture, increased lung capacity and strong, sculpted muscles. Its emphasis on all around, complete fitness supports a variety of fitness goals, from building strength to increasing flexibility.
